. Valle de Bravo is located 67 km east of Toluca, Mexico state capital, and 145 km from Mexico City. A few miles to get to that beautiful place for its forest wealth, I was struck Ocote forests.

We could taste some delicious fresh trout and other native food, crêpes stuffed with squash blossoms or poblamp chile, chicken and corn and that of honeyed fruit desserts accompanied with chokecherry sauce. We also tasted foods fungi and nuts and delicious meals like these dishes with blue handmade tortillas.
